| Pet Regulations: Pets Upon Approval |
| Details: | Beverly Arnaz welcomes cats and dogs! (Maximum of two per apartment.) Prior to the application APPROVAL or before you acquire a pet the following much be completed: pet name, breed, age, recent pet photo, pet interview with management, veterinarian certificate of health, vaccination forms and spayed/neutered papers. Restricted breeds are: akita, bull dog, bloodhound, chow, doberman pinscher, eskimo, elkhound, germand shepard, great dane, malamute, mountain dog, mastiff, Newfoundland, pit bull, rotweiler, shepherd, sheepdog and saint Bernard. An additional monthly rent of $50 per pet and a refundable deposit of $500 will be required. |
